Questions

Frequently asked.

What does pricing actually include?

Pricing covers the full-day or half-day live virtual delivery, the participant workbook (delivered as a printable PDF), all in-session materials and exercises, and a 30-minute follow-up call within 90 days for your organizing team. Final pricing is confirmed during the discovery call based on team size, sector, and any customization needed.

Can you deliver in-person rather than virtually?

Yes. Live virtual is the standard delivery format because it works well for distributed teams and keeps costs lower. In-person delivery is available with travel costs billed at-cost plus a CA$1,000 in-person day rate. Both formats deliver the same content.

How many participants can attend?

The training is designed for maximum 20–25 participants per session to ensure full interactivity and meaningful exercise work. Larger cohorts can be accommodated with two facilitators — let’s discuss this during the call.

Can the training be customized for our sector or context?

Yes. The core framework and modules are consistent, but examples, case studies, and exercise prompts are adapted to your sector — gender-based violence, anti-trafficking, mental health, justice, foundation work, government consultation. Customization is included in the standard pricing for most engagements; significant adaptation may add scope.

Do you offer Train-the-Trainer development?

Yes, on request. Once your team has completed the live training, a Train-the-Trainer cohort can be designed so internal facilitators can deliver this work to others in your organization. This is typically a multi-session engagement.

What if our organization isn’t ready for a full training?

That’s a useful conversation to have on the discovery call. Sometimes a half-day intro is the right starting point. Sometimes an ELEVATE Diagnostic or a smaller consulting engagement makes more sense first. The 30-minute call helps us figure out the right entry point together.

How do I book?

Start with a free 30-minute call. We use that time to understand your team’s context, current practice, and what success looks like for you. A custom proposal follows within a week if it feels like a fit. Book through the link above, or send project details through the form below.
